Payments & Sales Tax Policy

For your convenience and to protect your privacy, we use Paypal to process all payments, including credit card payments through Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express. This ensures we never have access to your credit card number at any time, further protecting your privacy.
YOU DO NOT NEED A PAYPAL ACCOUNT TO PURCHASE!
South Carolina Residents Only: Your order will be subject to a 6% sales tax, in keeping with state laws. For your convenience, the sales tax will be automatically added to your order when you enter in your shipping address.

Shipping Policy

All shipping is processed through the United States Postal Service. We do not offer International Shipping at this time.
Shipping insurance is available at an additional cost. Please contact us for current insurance rates before making your purchase. If you choose not to purchase insurance, we are not liable if your package does not arrive.
Shipping Rates
Due to the custom, handcrafted nature of many of our products, please allow 2-3 weeks shipping for all items. (During peak seasons, delivery time may be longer. Please check with us to find out current delivery times during holidays.) We do offer expedited shipping at an additional cost.
  • At the time of your order, we will provide you with a delivery confirmation number.
  • You may also login to My Account and view your Order History for a shipping status update.

Return Policy

If you are unsatisfied with your clothing purchase, you may return it to us within 15 days of receipt. Certain conditions apply!
  • You must notify us BEFORE sending back your return.
  • Customers are responsible for return shipping, unless the item was defective on receipt or WE made an error in personalization.
  • If you wish to exchange your product, you will also be responsible for the shipping charge for the new product.
  • Items must be returned in unworn, new condition. If the item has been worn or tags are removed, the return will not be accepted. We WILL return the item back to you at your expense.
Personalized items are NOT returnable, due to the highly custom nature of the product. We will only accept a return on a personalized item if WE made a mistake on the customization of your purchase. You will need to provide documented proof that the mistake was ours.
If your item arrives damaged at any time, notify us immediately. If you purchased insurance and the item was clearly damaged in transit, we will begin the refund process with the carrier. For customers who did not purchase insurance, we will handle each situation case by case.
We do not accept returns for sizing issues at any time. Please carefully review the size charts provided and choose the correct size. If your item does not fit your child, you may exchange it at the full cost of replacement as well as shipping fees.

Privacy Policy

We are as committed to your privacy as we are to our products and customer service. At no time do we gather data to give or sell to third parties. Any information you provide to us will be used solely for the purpose of delivering your purchase to you in a satisfactory and timely manner, as well as answering any questions you may pose to us.
You are NOT automatically added to our mailing list by making a purchase. Our newsletter subscribers are required to sign up manually for mailings, to ensure that only those who wish to receive communication are on the list. If you have signed up for our newsletters, you may opt out at any time!
